REGULATIONS
The client must arrive on time - Being late might cause shortening stages of the service and the client will have to pay the full price of the service she booked.
Cancellation / Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.
If a canellation is done in less than 24 hours before the appointment it is last-minute cancellation and the client will be charged a fee of 50% of the service she reserved and cancelled.
If the client is late for more than 20 minutes without letting us know earlier, the appointment will be cancelled and she will be charged a fee of 100% of the service she reserved, if she does letting know earlier the fee will be 50% off the service she reserved.
If the cancellation is less than three hours the client will be charged the full price of the treatment
